Real women walk!
This was my jam when it came out..don't judge me.
Yesterday I walked a total of 6 miles. Today I walked 3.5 miles...in 45 minutes! I do get some side eyes from people at times, but I walk when I have a destination to get to-and I walk like I've got somewhere to go.

Today went well in terms of eating right since I was at work. I tend to be rushed in the morning so I grab yogurt or fruit. I eat salad or some cooked vegetable at work since I'm too busy to go out most of the time (not to mention, there's nothing tasty nearby). So dinner is the biggest issue but today went smoothly. I've worked on eating right and exercising but now I think I'm finally achieving both with consistency. So this makes day two. Later tonight I'm doing some Insanity OR some Buffie the Body "Bootynomics" (yes she calls it that and yes I think it works). I will keep you updated on the progress as soon as I see some.
