Pace Yourself
In her video: 5 Ways to Start Your Weight Loss, one of my favorite vloggers mentioned the importance of being real with yourself. You can't go from coach potato to athlete in one day. Short term goals are important. While I've definitely reached some goals, I have many more mountains to climb.
Keeping in mind that this is a process and not something that will happen overnight is very helpful. Watching videos like this one have helped me tostay on track get back on track when I slip. I totally agree with all of the tips in the video below and I've learned from experience that they're all true! Check it out.
